LAB2 Series Manifolds:

The LAB2 series is designed specifically for high purity gas applications such as: laser gases, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry and atomic absorption. The LAB2 will automatically switch over from an exhausted service cylinder to a full reserve with only slight fuctuyation (+/- 3 psig) in line pressure (a line regulator is built in). Stainless steel diaphragms and stringent quality control ensure a helium leak rate integrity of 2 x 10^-6 scc/sec (test and certification optional). To maximuz safety, all pressure relief valves are tied to a common vent line equipped with a pipe away adaptor. Four check valves protect the user during cylinder changeouts, minimize infusion of contaminant, and make the system user friendly. All components are housed in a tamper resistant cabinet, ensuring factory calibrations will be preserved. Two rigid copper pigtails (brass on acetylene units) with check valve at cylinder end are included.

Notes:

• Units do not include visual alarm, power supply or any electrical components.
• Acetylene flashback arrestor will not pass helium leak test.
