DESCRIPTION

The HLRB regulators are designed to suit a large variety of high purity and general use applications where a secondary line regulator is used to provide an exacting point of use control. This regulator provides outstanding performance, but are rugged and versatile enough for the laboratory or plant applications.

FEATURES

Minimal internal volume
Seat area protected by a 10 micron filter.
Five delivery ranges available.
Stainless steel diaphragm eliminates contamination from diffusion or out gassing.
Body is pre-tapped and has milled flats for back panel mounting.
1 x 10^-9 cc/sec. inboard helium leak rate

APPLICATIONS

The HLRB series line regulators are ideally suited for use in pipeline applications of Research Purity or High Purity gases up to 5.0 purity. The high purity design makes the ideal for line drop regulators in instrumentation labs were precise pressure control is required.
